Thank you for supporting ZSL and our vital work for wildlife as a Patron. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. 

1. How do I contact the Patron team?

Please contact us by email at patrons@zsl.org or by phone on 0207 449 6406.  

2. How do I book my bespoke tour or animal encounter?

To arrange your bespoke tour of our Conservation Zoos or exclusive animal experience please contact us by email at patrons@zsl.org at least 6 weeks prior to your preferred date. Please note the bespoke tours are only available for Guardian Patronage and above and animal experiences are available for Ambassador Patronage and above. To check the benefits included in your Patronage and explore upgrading to a higher tier please visit the website here or contact us at patrons@zsl.org 

3. How do I find out about upcoming Patron events?

4. How do I increase my support?

If you would like to increase your generous support of ZSL, you are able to do this at any stage during your Patronage, simply contact us via email at patrons@zsl.org or by phone on 0207 449 6406. You could also make an additional donation or find out about other ways to support ZSL

5. Can I bring guests to the Zoo with me?

The Primary Patron is able to bring two family guests in for free each time they visit the zoo. Please note the primary patron MUST be present. You also receive two complimentary zoo tickets, which can be booked here by the Primary Patron, but they do not need to be present for the visit.  

6. How do I get my Patron cards?

Your Patron cards will be sent to the postal address you supplied at the point of sign-up. Alternatively, if you’d prefer, you can pick these up at our membership kiosk at either London or Whipsnade Zoo. If you would like to visit our zoos before your Patron cards have arrived, please use the QR code supplied in your welcome email, or contact us at patrons@zsl.org.  

7. How can I pay for my Patronage?

You can pay for your Patronage easily online by Direct Debit or as a one-off payment at our website here. We also accept bank transfer, cheque or we are able to take card payments over the phone. For any of these options please contact us at patrons@zsl.org for more information.  

8. How do I book my complimentary tickets?

For information on how to book your complimentary tickets visit our website here. Please note only the Primary Patron has access to your two complimentary tickets.  

9. I haven't received my communications, how do I change this?

Wild About is our exclusive magazine for our members full of exciting updates from across our two Conservation Zoos, Whipsnade and London. To ensure you are receiving this in the post, please contact us at at patrons@zsl.org or by phone on 0207 449 6406.
