To report a concern, please email safeguarding@zsl.org and we will respond as soon as possible. If the matter is urgent, please call us on 0344 225 1826 and ask to speak to the duty manager. If you are concerned that a criminal offence is being or has been committed, please contact the police in the first instance. If a concern is raised with us, we will take it seriously.
