- Donations will help ZSL (registered with the Charity Commissioner 208728).
- Please get the bill payers permission before making your donation.
- Maximum text donation size is £20 and minimum donation size is £1.
- If you text ZSL, LONDONZOO or WHIPSNADE to 70085 without specifying your donation amount, you will give a default donation amount of £10.
- You will receive a message confirming your donation, a message asking if you wish to add Gift Aid to your donation, and a message asking if you would like to upgrade to a monthly donation.
Monthly text donations and ending your support
If you upgrade your text donation to a £5 monthly text donation, you can do so replying YES when asked if you want to upgrade your donation. You will then receive a confirmation message with details of your monthly donation, and information on how to cancel.
The next month, you will receive a thank you message confirming that month’s donation and information on how to cancel future donations if you wish to do so. These messages will continue monthly until you cancel your donation.
To cancel a monthly donation set up via text message, please text STOP to 70085.
Unfortunately, you cannot amend the amount you donate per month via text, once you set up a monthly donation. If you wish to change the amount you’re donating, you’ll need to cancel your original donation by texting STOP to 70085 then set up a new monthly donation by following the above instructions to do a text donation (e.g. text ZSL followed by your donation amount to 70085, then follow the steps texted to you to set up a monthly donation).

By using this service, you agree that we can text you on your mobile in the future. One important reason why we may call is to talk to you about the government's Gift Aid scheme, which allows us to reclaim the tax you have already paid on your gifts and make them worth 25% more, at no cost to you.
