The current level of poaching is devastating wildlife populations at rates never previously witnessed. We face the risk of future generations living in a world deprived of some of the most iconic species. These include the rhino, the shark and the tiger.
We need your help more than ever before to support our efforts to prevent this poaching.
This summer, the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) will present a very special gala evening of adventure, fine dining and entertainment. While guests enjoy themselves, we will raise vital funds to help protect the world’s species and combat the illegal wildlife trade.
Join ZSL for a VIP after-hours event like no other in the heart of the capital. It will be a unique safari experience.
Guests will have an opportunity to:
- Take a tour around ZSL London Zoo after hours while savouring cocktails and canapés by twilight
- Hear from our conservation experts
- Feast on an African safari-themed dinner
- Bid for once-in-a-lifetime prizes, including visits to our overseas projects
The story so far
Founded in 1826, ZSL is an international scientific, conservation and education charity whose mission is to promote and achieve the worldwide conservation of animals and their habitats. Our mission is realised through our ground-breaking science at the Institute of Zoology, our active conservation projects in more than 50 countries and our two Zoos, ZSL London Zoo and ZSL Whipsnade Zoo.
We inspire millions of people through education outreach and empower two million Zoo visitors to understand global biodiversity as well as helping to create the next generation of conservation leaders.
Across every continent and ocean, animals face unprecedented threat. It’s vital that we help. Wildlife conservation is crucial to a healthy planet, in creating a thriving biosphere and sustaining us all culturally and economically, too. The plight of the natural world is a shared problem, requiring a global responsibility to deal with it.
Through our efforts, we guide and enable others all across the world. Protecting, educating, inspiring – working for wildlife.
