The Rainforest Foundation Norway and the Zoological Society of London welcome key actors working on forest protection, climate finance, and sustainable supply chains to this high-level networking reception during the London Climate Action Week.
Come join investors, policymakers, donors, civil society, and diplomatic representatives to share in strategic dialogue, experiences and insights from interesting speakers in an informal setting at London Zoo, Regent’s Park.
The reception provides a space to deepen engagement and collaboration - building relationships and momentum ahead of key climate and biodiversity milestones in 2025.
On stage, you will find speakers who share their experiences from:
- Efforts and progress towards protecting tropical rainforests and avoiding deforestation on the ground – examples from work with local communities and businesses
- Insights from investors and governments: how they are working to catalyse forest-positive outcomes
- Launch of the COP30 Investor Policy Recommendations – a joint statement by investors towards governments ahead of COP30, calling for decisive policy action on deforestation and forest-risk finance.
