Whilst we are managing visitor flow over the summer, members will need to pre-book a free slot to visit our Zoos during peak days if visiting before 3PM, which are weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
Please allow one day for new memberships to be registered to book a free ticket.
Member tickets are released in batches and may get booked up for popular dates.
