Our next Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 23 November 2023, at 7pm GMT
The meeting will be held at ZSL's Regent Park offices or the online platform, Zoom.
We are delighted to welcome Fellows to ZSL's 194 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 23 November at 7pm GMT. This year the AGM will be delivered as a digital and in-person hybrid event. This means that Fellows can now attend in person at the Huxley Lecture Theatre at ZSL's Regents Park offices or via Zoom Webinar.
At the AGM, ZSL's activities, vision, and performance for the financial year ending April 2023 will be presented to our Fellows. You can find digital versions of the AGM agenda, minutes from the last meeting and the Annual Report at the links below.
We encourage you to submit any questions to governance@zsl.org before 11:59pm on Thursday, 2 November 2023.
Your Annual General Meeting Papers
All Fellows have received notification of the AGM via post or email. If you require postal versions of the documentation above please email fellowship@zsl.org. In accordance with the Byelaws, the AGM is open only to Fellows.
Please note if you have received your AGM notification and agenda by post, we do not have an email address for you on file and you will not be receiving all Fellowship notifications or benefit offers. Reach out to Fellowship to find out more at 0344 225 1826 or fellowship@zsl.org.
Attending ZSL's Annual General Meeting
ZSL’s AGM will be a hybrid event, offering attendance either online via Zoom Webinar, or by ticketed attendance in person at the Huxley Lecture Theatre at ZSL’s Regent’s Park offices. The AGM will start promptly at 7pm GMT.
The Huxley Lecture Theatre will open at 6:30pm, 30 minutes before the AGM begins at 7pm. Please arrive prior to 7pm for baggage checks and registration. Instructions on how to get to ZSL’s Regent’s Park offices can be found here. Car parking will be available in our main carpark and is available on a first-come, first served basis.

Governance
