Our next Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 21 November 2024, at 6:30pm GMT
The meeting will be held at ZSL's Regent Park offices or the online platform, Zoom.
We are delighted to welcome Fellows to ZSL's 195 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 21 November at 6:30pm GMT. This year the AGM will be delivered as a digital and in-person hybrid event. This means that Fellows can now attend in person at the Huxley Lecture Theatre at ZSL's Regents Park offices or via Zoom Webinar with the password Fellows24.
At the AGM, ZSL's activities, vision, and performance for the financial year ending April 2024 will be presented to our Fellows. You can find digital versions of the AGM agenda, minutes from the last meeting and the Annual Report at the links below.
We encourage you to submit any questions to governance@zsl.org before 5pm on Saturday, 2 November 2024.
Your Annual General Meeting Papers
All Fellows have received notification of the AGM via post or email. If you require postal versions of the documentation above please email fellowship@zsl.org. In accordance with the Byelaws, the AGM is open only to Fellows.

The ZSL Library and Archives will be exclusively open to Fellows ahead of the AGM from 4pm - 6pm for on the 21 November with the new display Wildlife in Wartime: ZSL during the World Wars. The display will use photographs, newspapers and archive collections to show how animals and people at ZSL coped with the challenges of the war, highlighting ZSL's dedication to wildlife conservation even during the toughest times.
The doors to the Huxley Lecture Theatre will open at 6pm for tea and coffee ahead of the AGM start.
Governance
ZSL Fellows are integral to the direction of the Society. As Fellows, you also have the right to be nominated and to stand for Council. The list of Council Members you have voted to represent the ZSL Fellowship can be found here. New Council Members will be announced at the AGM.
