Summer of Colour at London Zoo

Brighten up your summer as you meet the colourful characters at ZSL London Zoo. There’ll be no filters needed here as you discover nature in all its full technicolour beauty.

Join us as we celebrate a kaleidoscopic world of amazing animal colour. From the emerald tree boa to scarlet ibis, golden lion tamarins to blue throated macaws – there’s never a dull moment here at ZSL London Zoo.

Along with all the brightest stars of the animal kingdom, we’ll be exploring how camouflage keeps others hidden, the role of colour in animal communication and how some animals see the world very differently to humans. You’ll even discover which animals have the surprising – and incredibly beautiful – ability to emit their own light!
