Including this small amount and selecting the Gift Aid option at the checkout means we can treat your whole ticket purchase as a donation and reclaim 25p tax for every pound spent at no extra cost to you.

Bag checks in progress

We always want to make sure that ZSL London Zoo is a safe and secure place to visit. In line with increased security measures being implemented across the UK, we will be carrying out bag checks at the Zoo entrance. We would also recommend, wherever possible, you leave large bags at home.

Please be aware ZSL London Zoo will close at 5pm (last entry 4pm) on 17 May, 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30 June and 7 & 14 July for on-site events.

Fast track tickets: Please be aware the Fast Track entrance is open 10am-2pm.

Please be aware that fast track ticket sales will not be available on 17 September due to the ZSL Stampede taking place.

Terms of entry

Permission must be obtained for all filming and photography for commercial purposes
Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult
No dogs are allowed on the ZSL London Zoo premises
Bicycles are not allowed on Zoo premises
Rollerskates, rollerblades, skateboards are not allowed on Zoo premises. Children's scooters are permitted as long as they are supervised by an adult
Heelys roller shoes must not be used as skates, but may be worn as shoes
We accept Leisure Vouchers but not Whitbread Leisure Vouchers

Concessions

Discounted rate for student, seniors and disabled visitors. Relevant supporting documents should be brought on the day of your visit.
Free entry for one essential carer (adult 16+) per paying disabled visitor. Purchase one child or adult disabled ticket online and a free carer ticket is included with each ticket. Just come to the gate with your e-ticket and the carer will be admitted for free on the same ticket. Please bring with you any supporting documents.
