Join the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) live online, and give your students the opportunity to meet a ZSL Whipsnade Zoo keeper via Teams, Zoom or Skype for Business.

Hear from one of ZSL’s dedicated keeper staff as they describe their role at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo and the importance of good animal husbandry.  Discussing topics such as nutrition, veterinary care and enrichment, there will be plenty of time for your students to ask their own questions.

Suitable for secondary school students, this is an amazing opportunity to explore the role of zoos and discover more about careers in animal management and husbandry.

Join us from the comfort of your classroom or assembly hall or, if necessary (depending on your circumstances), individually from home.

You’ll be sent details about our keepers before you meet them, giving you and your students the chance to find out more about their job and plan what you would like to ask.  This will help you to get the most out of the session.
