Support our animals at London Zoo and help us restore wildlife around the world by taking on a fundraising challenge!

There are lots of ways you can fundraise for London Zoo. Over the last few years, our fantastic fundraisers have taken on many challenges, from a sponsored walk like a tiger day to an animal-themed quiz night and birthday fundraisers – the possibilities are endless.  

Choose a challenge from the list below or come up with your own wild fundraising idea, and you’ll become part of a team of animal-lovers, helping us to care for and protect threatened species for future generations.

    Family-friendly inflatable fun run

    Take on the world’s largest and best inflatable obstacle run, the Inflatable 5k. This family-friendly event is suitable for participants aged 5+. There are venues all across the UK. Everyone is welcome, and it’s a fantastic day out with friends or family!

    Fly like a bird in a tandem skydive

    Feel the full force of flying through the clouds from over 10,000ft at up to 125mph! A skydive might be something you’ve had on your bucket list of a while. If you decide to take the jump, you can raise money for London Zoo at the same time.

    Help us go Around the World in 30 Days

    Take on our flagship annual challenge and help us collectively walk, run, cycle or wheel around the world this June, that’s 40,075km, to raise money for global wildlife conservation. Take part however, wherever and whenever suits you!

Becoming a fundraiser is simple, and fun! Just follow these steps to get going:
  1. First things first – choose your challenge! Check out our A-Z of ideas in our fundraising guide or come up with your own animal-themed fundraiser. 
  2. Set up your fundraising page on JustGiving and click on the ‘start fundraising’ button.
  3. Follow the steps to set up and personalise your page. Include a photograph, share your story, and don’t forget to set a target – pages with targets raise 46% more on average.
  4. Roar loud and proud. Ask your friends, family, colleagues and neighbours to support you. Share your fundraiser on social media, WhatsApp and email – people love to hear about the good things you’re doing. 
  5. Let’s get going! Put on your best animal outfit and get started with your challenge. Make sure to take pictures and tag London Zoo on social media – we’d love to see what you get up to.

Every single penny you raise will make a real difference in supporting our animals and our worldwide conservation work.
