The tours will start at 11:00am from the Outback exhibit. Please note, the tour is free to book, but you will need a ticket to access the Zoo which can be booked online. A disability concession ticket entitles the holder to a free companion or carer place with each ticket.
To reach the Outback exhibit, after your tickets have been scanned at the main entrance and you've left the main gate area, you'll turn left down a short descending path, which passes a life-size statue of Guy the Gorilla on the right. This descending path will bring you to a small circular area with 4 routes leading off it. On your half right as you descend the ramp is the route toward the Outback exhibit, taking this path, you will pass a small kiosk cafe and then some storage lockers on your left, followed by toilets on your right. Shortly after the toilets, the entrance to The Outback exhibit will be on your right. Having turned into the entrance, the path immediately turns left, with a ramp on the left and step.
If you would like to bring a large group to the zoo for this event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a special date for your group which ensures capacity of these days is available to individual visitors.
