Harry and Meghans have a right royal day out

As royal fans worldwide prepare to celebrate the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle,  ZSL London Zoo is offering a free day out at the Zoo to mark the special occasion - to any lucky couple who both share their names.

Meghan the okapi

On Saturday 19 May, while Prince Harry and Miss Markle say I do, any loved up lovebirds lucky enough to share their names with the royal pair can enjoy a free day out at ZSL London Zoo. Terms and conditions apply.

While exploring the world-famous Zoo, Harry and Meghans can pop in and visit the real Meghan’s namesake – an okapi born earlier this year, who was named in celebration of the couple’s engagement. They can also visit Harry the Humboldt penguin, who lives on Penguin Beach.

As Meghan walks down the aisle to become part of the Royal Family, lucky couples who share their name can enjoy their own Royal day out - exploring the Zoo’s Land of the Lions, opened by HM The Queen in 2016 and Tiger Territory, opened by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh in 2013.

And that’s not all: from baby two-toed sloths to Humboldt penguins, visitors can get up close and personal to more than 19,000 animals at the central London Zoo, making it a brilliant day out for all ages.

Celebrate the Royal Wedding with a trip to ZSL London Zoo this weekend - buy your tickets now and receive a 10% online discount.
