We’d like to invite you along to ZSL London Zoo’s Learning Panel; a newly created forum for teachers who would like to work with us on the ongoing development of our Learning Programme in return for unique CPD and zoo entry rewards, based here at ZSL London Zoo. We still have spaces available for our Teacher Panel and we are especially looking to recruit more secondary teachers.
Learning Panel benefits:
- Find out more about how we can support your classroom teaching
- Help us shape our programme so it gives you what you want
- Opportunities to bring a class to the zoo for free to test out new activities (subject to availability)
- CPD from ZSL experts

We shall start by hearing from a ZSL expert about the Illegal trade in endangered animals and some of the work being done by ZSL to reduce its impacts. There will be time for a short Q&A after Matt’s talk, before splitting into primary and secondary groups to experience one of our workshops related to this topic (this session will include a live animal if possible). We would then like to spend spend some time thinking about how well this session and our other programmes fit into the curriculum, and get feedback from you about any gaps in our provision or missed opportunities.
