Can you jump like a lynx?
These wildcats have some serious bouncability! They can spring high off their back legs from a standing start, and have been known to jump up to 2m high.
You can adapt this move to squat jumps – start low and spring in to the air. Try to do 10 in a row! (Warm up first please; lynx are a bit stretchier).
