Conservation Careers Day

Conservation Careers Day ZSL London Zoo
This one-day interactive course is aimed at 14-18 year olds who want to work in conservation. You’ll be meeting and working with ZSL’s conservationists and get the unique opportunity to find out what they do and how they got their jobs!

The event based at ZSL London Zoo aims to give young people a valuable insight into the work of a conservation department. Conservation careers are varied and encompass many skills and a lot of knowledge, but this event will give you the chance to meet several conservationists and find out how they got to where they are. These professionals will not only talk about their work and careers, but will lead students round a series of practical activities designed to teach essential skills and understand fundamental conservation concepts.
