ZSL London Zoo is pleased to be hosting the 22nd British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA) Research Symposium from 6th - 8th July 2020.
Following an informal icebreaker event in the local area on the evening of Monday 6th July, the symposium will run on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th July.
The main symposium will be held in the Huxley suite at ZSL London Zoo and feature a mixture of presentations, workshops and panel discussions. We welcome abstracts from zoo professionals, academics, keepers and students - anyone with interesting zoo science to share!
The deadline for symposium registration is Friday 19th June 2020. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
The deadline for abstract submission is Monday 20th April 2020. This year there are three types of presentation available:
Oral presentations (10-minute presentation, 2 minutes for questions)
Speed presentations (6 minutes, 6 slides)
Poster presentations (Portrait, size A1)
Please follow submission guidelines for abstracts on the attached Abstract submission form and return these by the deadline of Monday 20th April.

Registration for the symposium includes refreshments and lunches on 7th and 8th with the option to purchase an additional ticket for the symposium dinner, which will take place on the evening of Tuesday 7th.
