The HR Department has recently undergone a restructure to meet the growing needs of the business and is now seeking a Recruitment Officer to assist ZSL with its recruitment needs.
The successful candidate will develop and manage recruitment processes to attract and identify the best candidates, whilst proving a cost and time efficient service. They will deliver a positive candidate experience, reinforcing ZSL as an employer brand of choice and will manage day to day recruitment tasks whilst maintaining a focus on the overall HR recruitment strategy.
We are looking for a degree educated individual with a proven track record of working in an in-house recruitment environment with previous responsibility for the end to end recruitment process. The successful candidate will need excellent interpersonal and communications skills with experience of liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders. ZSL requires the successful candidate to be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and have a good working knowledge and understanding of how social networking and media can be used to attract candidates.
