PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR/ASSISTANT, FACILITIES

 

12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

 

£23,342 p.a. inclusive of London Weighting

 

A vacancy has arisen for a Projects Administrator/Assistant with experience of buildings, maintenance and construction working practices and procedures to join the Facilities Department. Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified person to take on the role of assisting with new capital projects over two sites (London and Whipsnade).

 

Key responsibilities will be for the co-ordination of all project managers’ diaries and work priorities.  The role will be crucial to establishing a central project administrative database and updating the project process and protocols in line with the Senior Project Manager.  Direct assistance of projects will also be required.

You should be educated to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 1, or equivalent, within a building trade, with excellent oral and written communication skills.  A full driving licence and familiarity with project management software including MS Projects is required.
