Can you handle the heat?
Are you tough enough to walk barefoot over red hot embers smouldering at over 1200'f and achieve the seemingly impossible? Why not challenge yourself, have lots of fun and impress your friends and family all whilst raising much needed funds for ZSL
The Whipsnade Fire Walk promises to be a fantastic high energy event which will give you the opportunity to face a challenge of a lifetime.
ZSL has teamed up with Survivorbility who will be the Fire Masters for this event. Our Fire Walkers will begin the evening by attending a 'Nothing is Impossible' seminar. Here you will learn to face your fears and turn your fear state into unstoppable power to overcome any obstacles and challenges. Following the seminar, the Fire Master will then lead you out into the zoo grounds where friends and family will be able to witness you take on the path of fire!

Fundraising for ZSL...
By fundraising for ZSL, you will be helping us to protect endangered animals and habitats around the world. £150 could help us pay for our local field staff to work on gorilla or tiger conservation projects for three weeks!
Fundraising is not as difficult as you might think. For example, to meet the pledge as an individual fundraiser it's only £10 from 15 friends and family. ZSL will do everything they can to help you in the lead up to the event.
Not tough enough (yet!)? Get a spectator ticket!
We welcome family and friends to come along and watch you take on the experience of a lifetime. There will be food and hot drinks to keep everyone warm while you wait for your Fire Walker to prepare for their challenge!
For those who dare, there will be a unique night-time walk to the wolves where you will pay a visit to the most fearsome residents of the Zoo and hear all about these fascinating creatures!
All Spectator tickets must be purchased before the evening of the event and will be available up until Friday 14th March.
Please note that access on the night of the event will be limited. Spectators will not have access to the exhibits within the zoo.
