Ticket Prices
To give our visitors value for money ZSL Whipsnade Zoo operates a tiered ticket price system, including discounts for off-peak periods.

Online discount
The cheapest way for your family to get into ZSL Whipsnade Zoo is by booking online in advance. Family Saver Tickets are available only available online and not at the gate.
Online tickets can be purchased up to six months in advance.

Access
Disabled access
ZSL Whipsnade Zoo is considered reasonably wheelchair friendly. Access to the Woodland Bird Walk may cause wheelchair users some difficulty, as it is covered by bark chippings in order to subdue the noise. Find out more about disabled access

ZSL Whipsnade Zoo is open every day of the year except Christmas Day.- Last admission is one hour before advertised closing time.
- Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.

Meet the Animals
ZSL Whipsnade Zoo is one of Europe's largest wildlife conservation parks.
It is home to more than 2,500 animals, many of which are endangered in the wild.
Terms of Entry
- Permission must be obtained for all filming and photography for commercial purposes.
- Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.
- We do not allow re-entry to the zoo .
- No dogs are allowed on the ZSL Whipsnade Zoo premises.
- Bicycles and motor bikes are not allowed on Zoo premises.
- BBQs not permitted.
- Scooters, rollerskates, rollerblades, skateboards are not allowed on zoo premises.
- Heelys roller shoes must not be used as skates, but may be worn as shoes.
- Please note, there is no provision for left luggage.
