Pegasus Room ZSL Whipsnade Zoo's meeting rooms are located within the zoo itself and successfully act as a corporate business centre, offering Wi-Fi and modern AV facilities. All of our rooms also benefit from a breakout lawn and views of exotic animals in their natural habitats.
No matter the size of your function, we always offer your loyal guests a one hour complimentary zoo pass so they can see our furry friends and walk off that delicious lunch!
All event profits go to our charity's global conservation efforts, supporting your own organisation's social responsibility policy.

Phoenix Suite Whether it's a Summer Party, interactive team building, or an elaborate dinner dance, our team of experienced event organisers can work to your brief and offer the freedom of a bespoke package.
Our three stylish suites break out onto a beautifully maintained lawn and terrace, and views of exotic animals can be seen for miles around. Our largest suite can host up to 400 seated or 600 for a reception.
A great example of the corporate functions that we regularly deliver could go along the lines of arrival Pimms and canapes on the terrace, followed by a meeting and creative team building games, and then some delicious food from the grill. Live music or a disco could top of the night, and a lucky group of guests may even be able to feed some of our furry friends!!!
To support your company’s social responsibility policy, all profits from your event at the zoo will be directly donated to the global conservation of critically endangered animals and their habitats around the world. We also pride ourselves on our dedicated eco-friendly way.
