ZSL Whipsnade Zoo is a picturesque site with panoramic views across four counties. Combined with the vast array of exotic species, it is an ideal location for artists working in many different media – painters, sculptors, photographers etc. The collection is visually very rich and offers countless opportunities for creative work. 
In addition to its intrinsic value, wildlife art has an important role to play in raising awareness of the natural world and communicating conservation messages to a wider audience.
A ZSL Art Society for conservation and the natural world with the aim of encouraging artists working in all media and at all levels as well as art enthusiasts to discover ZSL Whipsnade Zoo.
