To give our visitors value for money ZSL London Zoo operates a tiered ticket price system, including discounts for off-peak periods.

Disabled access
ZSL London Zoo seeks to provide equal opportunity for all to enjoy the animal exhibits and visitor facilities.
Parking
Parking for Zoo visitors is available in the Zoo's Gloucester Slips Car Park and is payable on the day.
The Zoo's Main Gate is situated on the Outer Circle of Regent's Park NW1, which is outside of the congestion charge zone.

Cycling
Cycle racks are available in the half moon car park opposite the main entrance gate to ZSL London Zoo.
ZSL takes no responsibility for any damage or theft of any cycles left in our cycle stands. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that cycles are secured before leaving them.

The zoo has a variety of on-site catering outlets, perfect for anyone feeling peckish.

Terms of entry
- Permission must be obtained for all filming and photography for commercial purposes.
- Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.
- We do not allow re-entry to the zoo.
- No dogs are allowed on the ZSL London Zoo premises.
- Bicycles are not allowed on Zoo premises.
- Scooters, rollerskates, rollerblades, skateboards are not allowed on Zoo premises.
- Heelys roller shoes must not be used as skates, but may be worn as shoes.
- Please note, there is no provision for left luggage.

Dayplanner
When you arrive at the Zoo we'll give you a copy of our dayplanner, containing a Zoo map and information on what's on. However, if you want to be super organised and plan your day in advance, you can download a copy here.
We’re changing - building work
The Clore Rainforest Lookout & Nightzone will be closed for renovation from Monday 9th November until March 2010.
Also, the public walkway in front of our African Bird Safari will be closed Mondays to Fridays until Easter. However this area will be open at weekends. Signage is in place to direct visitors via alternative routes through Gorilla Kingdom and the Komodo dragon house.
The main lion enclosure is under improvement, however the lions are still visible to the side of their main enclosure.
ZSL London Zoo would like to apologise for any disappointment these works might cause.
We pride ourselves as being a world leading zoo and this essential work is important to maintain our high level of animal care and visitor enjoyment.
But don’t worry there’s still hundreds of animals to see, including our colony of western lowland gorillas, Asian lions and their cubs, tigers, giraffes and meerkats.
