New to the Zoo, we’re proud to announce the launch of a beautiful children’s book collection.

ZSL, in collaboration with Harry Potter publisher Bloomsbury, have launched an exciting range of children's books. Each animal themed story promises to enchant and inspire young readers.
Written by award-winning authors, with the help of the Zoo’s keepers, scientists and conservationists, the books got the (paw) stamp of approval from the Zoo’s animals ahead of their launch to the public.
Zookeeper Jim Mackie said: “Meerkats are so inquisitive, they love anything novel in their enclosure – especially a book that’s about them!”
