Group Café Vouchers

Groups visiting ZSL London Zoo and ZSL Whipsnade Zoo can now pre-purchase catering vouchers that can be exchanged at either the Oasis Café (ZSL London Zoo) or the Café on the Lake (ZSL Whipsnade Zoo) for:

• Any full price item up the value of the voucher

Actual menus items vary daily, so your group members can choose their own meals when they arrive.

Café vouchers must be purchased at least seven working days prior to your visit.

Important – please note the following when buying café vouchers.

• Actual café menus vary daily and include a vegetarian option.

• We cannot take a table reservation for any day of a Bank Holiday weekend, although you can still buy vouchers and use them on these days.

• We are unable to hold table reservations for groups – please arrive promptly at your booked time.

• Only café food and drink can be consumed at reserved café tables – brought lunches should be eaten in zoo picnic areas.

• No change will be issued from café vouchers; vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Table reservations are subject to availability.

• Café vouchers cannot be resold or refunded.
