"We do not know how to thank you enough! It just was the most perfect day ever and that was all thanks to ZSL London Zoo. You organised everything just right; how we would have wanted a perfect day to go, your attention to detail was superb, you was there when we needed you, and you helped out with anything we asked for. I would like to say thank you very much for sorting out a buggy for my nan as she isn't very well and that was very much appreciated. You took all the stress and worries away and you kept us calm and reassured during the whole day. Please can you pass our thanks to the chefs and all the catering staff for the very best service that we have ever coem across. The food, well that was the best presentation I've ever seen and everyone since has been coming up to me saying that it was the best meal that they've ever had! Everything was cooked to perfection. Thanks again for the most wonderful day and for all your help to put us at ease. It was a pleasure".

"Tim and I just wanted to thank everyone again for making our wedding at the Zoo such a lovely and unforgettable day. For both the ceremony and the barbecue, the Mappin Pavilion looked even better than we had imagined it would and it was so nice to be able to watch the feeding of the Komodo dragon, whilst having drinks in the Komodo Dragon House. A big thanks to Delphine and Paul and the rest of the team for organising it so that it all ran so smoothly. We've had loads of compliments from our guests about the venue, the delicious food, and most of all about how helpful all the staff were during the evening".

"It was a phenomenal success, 'best leaving party ever, when are we doing it again' was a typical response. The encounter with Perry the llama was fun - please thank him and the staff involved, and of course the keepers too.
The food was excellent, the hospitality staff were friendly, and the mojitos were very good, so all in all a memorable evening, finishing at a very respectable time with a very relaxed wind-down.
I am very happy to have chosen you to do all of this. It does make a difference dealing with a very nice person".
