The king cobra is the world's longest venomous snake - one bite is enough to kill more than 20 grown men!
The snake grows up to 18 foot 5 inches and weighs approximately 13 pounds.
The king cobra is a highly aggressive snake, its scientific name (Ophiophagus) literally meaning "snake-eater" as it preys on other smaller snakes. It's large fangs inject approximately 380-600mg of venom in a single bite. However king cobras are shy by nature, only becoming aggressive when cornered.
