ZSL London Zoo: Your ticket, their future
ZSL is raising money for its tiger and cheetah conservation projects and your ticket could help us secure a future for these magnificent but endangered animals.
If you would like to show your support, you can make an optional £1.70 donation with each of your tickets.
Tickets can be bought up to six months in advance.
Online discount
The cheapest way for your family to get into ZSL London Zoo is by booking online in advance. Family Saver Tickets are available only available online and not at the gate.

Concessions at the gate
The following concessions are available on the day when you arrive at the main gate:
- One free adult ticket with every 10 paying children
- One free entry for one essential carer per paying disabled visitor
The fastest way to get into the Zoo is by buying your ticket in advance.

Terms of entry
- Permission must be obtained for all filming and photography for commercial purposes
- Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.
- No dogs are allowed on the ZSL London Zoo premises
- Bicycles are not allowed on Zoo premises
- Scooters, rollerskates, rollerblades, skateboards are not allowed on Zoo premises.
- Heelys roller shoes must not be used as skates, but may be worn as shoes.
- Please note, there is no provision for left luggage.
- As of April 2006 we no longer accept Whitbread Leisure Vouchers
