"I just wanted to pop you a quick note to say thank you so very much for all the hard work you contributed towards making our event last Friday such a massive success. Your team worked incredibly hard and everybody has been full of compliments about the food, the service, the disco and the overall event. Adam and his team were amazing and I can only say how utterly impressed we were, especially as we over ran a little with getting people seated, so please pass on my thanks to him, the team and especially the chefs who we must have driven half way round the bend. "Just to say thank you to you and your staff for the organisation of Chloe's Bat Mitzvah last night. We had a wonderful time and everything came together in the end to give people a really lovely party. I think the staff last night were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble, they worked efficiently and quickly. Its a great venue and we are very pleased."

"We had a wonderful time, the Mappin Pavilion was beautiful and perfect for the type of meeting we held, everyone was so helpful and helped the afternoon flow with ease. The highlight for me was seeing the Komodo Dragon and it was great seeing her eating her dinner [as a booked animal experience]!!! I will definitely be recommending you for future events. Talking of which, do you have some wedding info I could pass onto my friend please? Everyone has been saying what a great afternoon it was!"

"Just a quick note to thank you for coordinating the arrangements around our event at ZSL yesterday, and for all your work in advance. The day ran completely to plan, and we were very satisfied with the service received from ZSL, yourself and your team. Particularly, the food was delicious, the Council Room was a professional setting and really a lovely space without being overly lavish, the ease with which members of the party were able to visit the zoo during their lunch break, and whilst it may seem like a minor point, the ease with which I was able to use the tech equipment (projector and screen) was a great relief!
Could you also pass on my thanks to Sophie for her informative and well received talk, and particularly to the gentleman who was responsible for our party during the day. I'll certainly recommend you as a venue in the future".

You organised everything just right; how we would have wanted a perfect day to go, your attention to detail was superb, you was there when we needed you, and you helped out with anything we asked for. I would like to say thank you very much for sorting out a buggy for my nan as she isn't very well and that was very much appreciated. You took all the stress and worries away and you kept us calm and reassured during the whole day. Please can you pass our thanks to the chefs and all the catering staff for the very best service that we have ever come across. The food, well that was the best presentation I've ever seen and everyone since has been coming up to me saying that it was the best meal that they've ever had! Everything was cooked to perfection. Thanks again for the most wonderful day and for all your help to put us at ease. It was a pleasure".

"Tim and I just wanted to thank everyone again for making our wedding at the Zoo such a lovely and unforgettable day. For both the ceremony and the barbecue, the Mappin Pavilion looked even better than we had imagined it would and it was so nice to be able to watch the feeding of the Komodo dragon, whilst having drinks in the Komodo Dragon House. A big thanks to Delphine and Paul and the rest of the team for organising it so that it all ran so smoothly. We've had loads of compliments from our guests about the venue, the delicious food, and most of all about how helpful all the staff were during the evening".
