Jonathan Cracknell - Veterinary Resident
Jonathan is currently the Veterinary Resident at the Zoological Society of London, a new three year placement run in conjunction with the Royal Veterinary College.
He qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 2000 from Glasgow University. He specialised in anaesthesia, obtaining a certificate in Veterinary Anaesthesia in 2004.
He works at both the ZSL London Zoo and ZSL Whipsnade Zoo as well as attending lectures at the Royal Veterinary College. Prior to joining ZSL he worked at various practices specialising in the care of exotic animals, including the Animals Asia Foundation China Bear Rescue Centre in Hong Kong.
