Applying online is quick and secure - becoming a ZSL member has never been easier.
Memberships take up to 5 working days to process online, but if you would like to visit before then please join at the Membership Kiosk on the day of your visit. By joining online you will be sent a confirmation email that should be used to gain access and to collect your membership card and welcome pack.
Plus, if you join in person or by post within 14 days of your visit, we'll deduct the cost of your tickets from your membership (not available for online applications).
