Please note the Welcome email will be emailed to you instantly and you can use this to come to the Zoo straight away. We will not send you any cards or welcome packs in the post. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your membership to be active on our system. You may however still visit during this time and collect your membership card at a later date.
