Take a look at all the Christmas events we have taking place at ZSL London Zoo.
London's reindeer herd
A must-see this Christmas are the Zoo’s reindeers! Visitors can find out more about Santa’s favourite creatures at the daily keeper talk, including why Santa’s reindeer must all be girls (hint: it’s all about the antlers...)
Keeper’s Little Helpers
Kids at the Zoo will be able to lend a hand at the daily ‘Keeper’s Little Helpers’ sessions, where they’ll be preparing treats and presents for the Zoo’s animals – including stuffing stockings for the meerkats. Weekends in December and then daily from 17 December.
With loads more to do including carousel rides, keeper talks and animal demonstrations, the whole family will be able to enjoy the fun festivities on offer at ZSL London Zoo.
Indoor animal talks
- 11.15am - Megabugs Live!
- 12 noon - Big Fish in the Aquarium
- 2pm - Its A Frog’s Life! Takes place in our brand new Amphibian Wing in the historic Reptile House.
- 2pm - Rainforest Live!
- 3pm Giraffe High Tea
And of course visitors will be able to see the amazing Penguin Beach Live! at 11.30am and 1.30pm daily.
Meet Santa
The Meet Santa experience at ZSL London Zoo is now sold out for Christmas 2012.
The Zoo is open every day except Christmas day
