Please note the Welcome email will be emailed to you instantly and you can use this to come to the Zoo straight away, however please allow 48 hours before collecting your membership cards. The confirmation of your Direct Debit will be emailed to you within 3 working days. Nothing is sent to you in the post. Please be aware that the below prices include a 20% discount for paying by Direct Debit.
