- Dave will walk you through getting your camera's auto-focus system to work for you
- You'll learn the basics of using telephoto lenses, with plenty of real-life examples
- By the end, you'll feel comfortable using your camera's manual modes and will be ready to take your wildlife photography to the next level
Who is the general workshop aimed at:
Ideally, you’ll be on your first or second DSLR and have a basic knowledge of how to use it. A telephoto lens is also a good idea, and if you’ve dabbled with your camera’s manual modes before so much the better. But whether you’re an experienced photographer or a total beginner you’ll be able to get plenty from the day. Participants can also attend with a compact camera.
Workshops combine a morning tutorial session with an afternoon in the zoo. Each workshop will have a maximum of 10 participants, plus an experienced wildlife photographer who will lead the day.
£125 per person
Price includes tuition, entry into the zoo and car parking. Lunch and refreshments are not included in the price, but can be purchased in the cafe or participants can bring a packed lunch.
