Be a modern day Mowgli

London Zoo has come up with an imaginative way to help overseas student groups and language schools learn English, with its 'safari trails', where students take a self-guided tour around the Zoo to practice their English.

Students will be given a list of questions about animals and sites around the Zoo. Their mission is to find answers to all the questions, practicing their English along the way.

Each trail has a theme, designed for the group's level of English. 'The Animal Kingdom', covers animals, their shape and form, colours and patterns and where they come from, whereas 'The Zoo at Work', helps students to ask questions and directions around the Zoo and go shopping.

The 'safari trails' are free - the only cost is the normal Zoo entry price. Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more.
