British 10K London Run - Sunday 12th July 2009

About

We are looking for runners to take part in one of the UK's most exciting races which will take runners through the heart of London whilst raising much needed funds for the Zoological Society of London. Starting at 9:35am at Hyde Park Corner, you will run past some of the world's most famous landmarks including the London Eye, Houses of Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral.

Entry

If you would like to apply to run in the British 10k for ZSL, we ask each runner with a ZSL charity place to raise £150 in sponsorship and pay an initial registration fee of £25. Please complete the ZSL British 10k registration form (60 KB) and post this back to Lucy Cannock, Development Department, ZSL, London, NW1 4RY. Alternatively, please email Lucy Cannock for more information.

If you are lucky enough to have your own place in the 2009 British 10k, we would still love to have you on our team. Please note that if you do have your own place, you will not be required to pay the ZSL registration fee.

Sponsorship

Your participation in this event will help ZSL continue to play a key role in international conservation, education and science. Through your support we can work to ensure the survival of many threatened species, provide outstanding educational programmes through our zoos and continue to run our conservation programmes throughout the world.

The incentives are only valid when sponsorship money is received into the charity by 30 Septenber 2009. Terms and conditions will be supplied to all individuals who receive either of these incentives. Please note that the incentives are not cumulative.

The Zoological Society of London has teamed up with Justgiving so that you, and others engaged in fundraising events, can raise money easily online through your own webpage. Family and friends can donate online by credit or debit card.

Justgiving automatically reclaims Gift Aid due on ZSL's behalf.
