Corporate Meetings

Huxley Lecture Theatre at ZSL London Zoo
The Huxley Lecture Theatre can hold up to 200 guests in a fixed tiered seating style and boasts it’s own private foyer, ideal for registration and refreshment breaks. When booking the Huxley, you will also have access to an adjoining meeting room called the Bartlett Room which when panels are opened up, can also provide extra seating or a small exhibition space. The Bartlett Room can also be booked by itself for boardroom meetings, training sessions, or the base for away days. Both rooms share an AV booth and have full disabled access.

Corporate Events

Waitress serving at event in Mappin Pavilion
Two of the most stunning suites are The Prince Albert Suite with it’s tranquil lawn and private terrace which holds 300 guests, and The Mappin Pavilion which boasts floor to ceiling windows and up to 80 guests can look out onto wallabies and emus in their homely Outback. These spaces are perfect for conferences, launches, and presentations, whilst also creating a great atmosphere for formal dinners and seasonal parties.

An alternative to the traditional drinks reception, comes in the form of our world famous Animal Houses . A variety of rainforest lookouts and animal kingdoms can hold up to 350 guests, which are perfect for cocktails, canapés, buffets, or barbeques.

To make your guest's visit even more unique, we offer a selection of live Animal Encounters with keeper talks, together with one hour's complimentary zoo entry.
