With support from longtime sponsor Guylian Belgian Chocolates, the organization will run a jumbotron video message that encourages people to "Get it right for seahorses and we'll keep our oceans alive."

The 15-second video, which will run for six weeks and be seen by as many as 1.5 million pedestrians each day, features colorful images from the Guylian Seahorses of the World Photo Competition.

It directs passersby to visit www.projectseahorse.org/2010 , a campaign website that introduces them to seahorses as flagship species for marine conservation.

The website, which is optimized for both smartphones and computers, educates audiences about the importance of marine ecosystems and the threats posed to them by shrimp trawling and other harmful fishing practices.

Visitors can send Project Seahorse e-cards, donate online, or discover Guylian Belgian Chocolates. Proceeds from every box go to Project Seahorse's marine conservation work.

The video will appear hourly on the CBS jumbotron at 42nd Street between 7th and 8th avenues from 16 October to 30 November.
