About the TV series
For over a year cameras have been following the work of ZSL to create a three part series that provides a thought-provoking, poignant, honest and astute look at what goes on at ZSL.
Zoological Director David Field explains:
“We invited the cameras to come behind the scenes and experience firsthand the passion, commitment and dedication of our staff, and see some of the conservation work that forms the backbone of ZSL.
“The cameras were here during some tough times, but also bore witness to some incredible achievements. Both the highs and lows capture the very essence of what makes ZSL such an amazing place to work, to visit, and to support.
“We are certain that people who watch this documentary will be walk away with a clear view of the hard work, the care and the absolute steadfast commitment our staff have to the animals they look after in our zoos, and to the conservation of animals in the wild.”
