London Zoo is offering visitors the chance to take a closer look at our sensational snakes and discover the truth about these fascinating reptiles!
London Zoo is offering visitors the chance to take a closer look at our sensational snakes and discover the truth about these fascinating reptiles!
If you’ve ever wondered if snakes have slimy skin or how they move then here is your chance to find out! Learn which snakes are venomous and how much they weigh, as well as gaining a snake’s eye view of the world via our thermal imaging equipment.
There will be snake themed craft activities for children in our Activity Den and budding young artists are invited to enter our snake drawing competition by drawing a picture of snake before their visit. All pictures will be displayed in the Activity Den and the lucky winners will have their work featured on our website!*
Everyday there will be an opportunity to win a behind the scenes tour of our Reptile House and don’t forget to enter our prize draw to win the chance to adopt a snake of your very own.
* There are two age groups for this competition, 3–7 year olds and 8-11 year olds
