Special Treat for Mums at London Zoo
Thursday 11 March 2004
Why not treat your mum to a day at the Zoo this Mother's Day? London Zoo is offering half price entry to all mums, young and old, when accompanied by a full paying adult or child
On Sunday 21 March* spoil your mum with a family outing to London Zoo, and in doing so you will be contributing to both the care of London Zoo's animals and its many global conservation projects.
Come and see our very own 'new mums', the okapi and her daughter Antonia, and next door, the rare Malayan tapir and calf. Visit our special Happy Families area, where nosy meerkats peer at their neighbouring otter family, playfully chasing their many kits in and out of the water!
Situated in the heart of the capital, London Zoo is a wildlife oasis with over 600 species of amazing endangered animals surrounded by beautiful leafy gardens and famous architecture. Younger visitors (or the young at heart!) can enjoy an encounter with farmyard favourites at the touch paddock in the Children's Zoo.
- This offer will run on Mothering Sunday (21 March 2004) only. Please quote this offer on arrival at the Zoo.
